Jovaughan Ramone Meek

Jovaughan Meek passed away on Thursday April 9, 2020 at the age of 28 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents Arthur & Ileen Meek; siblings, Jeron, Jahnique, Javor and Javenna; grandmother, Gloria Crawford; many aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents Arthur & Zeita Meek, Llewellyn Crawford, and sister, Rashellee. Jovaughan was born in Port Maria, Jamaica before moving to Calgary. He possessed a calm and gentle nature. Even though Jovaughan was quiet, people were drawn to him. He had a magnetic personality. He was generous and thoughtful, always willing to help. Jovaughan loved music – listening, playing and producing in his home studio. But most of all he loved his family who miss him dearly.

Visitation and Service to honour Jovaughan’s life will be at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel. His final resting place will be Rockyview Garden of Peace Cemetery.
