Albert Edward Goodeve

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Albert Edward Goodeve, age 94 of Calgary, Alberta. Albert was born in Richmond, Saskatchewan on August 27, 1922 to Edward Ernest Goodeve and Mildred Robina Judd. He worked for 31 years in management for Air Canada and 10 years for Canada Post. Albert married Daphne Jean Walters on July 6th, 1946 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He is remembered with love by his younger sister, Florence LaVoie of Ottawa, children, Deborah Seeley(Eugene), Albert E.J. Goodeve, Ruth Bourne(Cordell), Rebecca Jarman (Glade); grandchildren Sarah, Kyle(Whitney), Matthew, Annie(Neils), Rebecca, Ben, Emily & Rachel and great grand child Chloe. The family will receive friends at a Visitation to be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, June 16, 2017 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2526 24th Avenue NW, Calgary. Funeral Services will follow the Visitation at 11:00am. Interment will take place at Eden Brook Memorial Gardens.
