Archibald Irvin Reimer
June 17, 1940 — December 25, 2016
Archie passed away unexpectedly on December 25, 2016, in Calgary at the age of 76. He was a professional taxi driver in Calgary for 33 years, almost exclusively with Associated Cabs. He had various jobs preceding that including his own HVAC company.
Archie is survived by his son Anthony Reimer (Joanne Sampson), daughter D.D. (Dale) Gallant, grandchild Sabrina Gallant, brother Ernie (Adelle) Reimer, brother Stan Reimer and many wonderful nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his wife RoseMarie Reimer, Mother of his children Joan Reimer, his parents Peter & Anna Reimer and his sister Joyce Langlois.
A Celebration of Life and scattering ceremony will take place in the Spring of 2017 (details to be posted to www.jazzace.ca/archie ). In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice. Messages of condolence may be forwarded to the family at www.piersons.ca.
