Arthur George Biggar

September 27, 1924 — August 8, 2015

Arthur Biggar passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at the age of 90 years. He will be lovingly remembered by all of his family and friends. Arthur was a WWII Veteran and a 54 year member of the Royal Canadian Legion Calgary #1 Branch. A Funeral Service will be held for Arthur at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made to either the Veteran’s Food Bank (#1, 4539 – 6 Street NE, Calgary, AB T2E 3Z6) or The Royal Canadian Legion Calgary #1 Branch (116 – 7 Avenue SE, Calgary, AB T2G 0H5).
