Brent Kevin Jarvis

JARVIS, Brent Kevin January 30, 1963 May 14, 2012 It is with great sadness that the family of Brent Jarvis announces that he passed away on Monday, May 14, 2012 at the age of 49 years. Brent will be greatly missed by his love Diana Tofin; his mother Anna-Maria Robinson and step-father Vincent J.B Robinson; his sister Shelley Dawn Jarvis; his grandmother Rose Maier; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Brent was predeceased by his father David Jarvis and grandfather Henry Maier. After Brent graduated high school, he attended SAIT technical training to apprentice to be a certified glazier. He worked at Alpine Glass Ltd. for 30 years as a journeyman glazier. Brent’s pride and joy were his three border collies Jock, Meg and Wiley. He enjoyed hiking, gardening, golfing and cook-outs. Brent will be forever remembered and always in our hearts. A Visitation will be held at PIERSON’S Forest Lawn Chapel (4121- 17 Avenue SE) on Saturday, May 19, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at the same location on Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with a time for visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Calgary Humane Society, 4455 110 Avenue SE, Calgary, AB T2C 2T7.
