Tardiff, Bruce “Bear” Robert January 1, 1961 – October 22, 2014
Bruce Tardiff passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at the age of 53 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his significant other Helen McNeill; children Tracee (Marc) Hamel and Robert Tardiff (Amanda); grandchildren Morgan and Breeanna; Mother Ann Jadeske; father Wilf Tardiff; father figure Joseph Staels; brother Kerry (Mira) Tardiff; nephews Dorvan and Kory; niece Athina; numerous extended family members and friends. He was predeceased by his stepfather and best friend Reuben Jadeske. Bear was born and raised in Calgary. He was a jack of all trades and loved working as a heavy duty mechanic and long haul truck driver. A Memorial Service will be held for Bear at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 11:00 am. Flowers are gratefully declined. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alpha House (alphahousecalgary.com) or the Alberta Fish and Game Association (www.afga.org).
