It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden loss of our father Bryan who passed away peacefully at home at the age of 83 years. Bryan will forever live in the hearts and minds of his four sons, Barry (Kathie), Kelly (Vickie), Scott (Cathy), and Robert. Time spent with Grampa will be lovingly remembered and missed by grandchildren Ashley, Bradley, Maria, Alexander, Evan, Angela, Raymond (Emma), Calvin, Francis, Angelina, Maia, Elysian, Jade, Brandon and; nieces and nephews, Mitzi (Jim), Patti (Allen), Judy (Darrell), Trevor (Tracy), Neil, Mary-Jane, Conner, Hailey, Jason (Leah), Terry(Susan), and Teddy; He will also be missed most by his best friend and older brother of 85 years Keith (Joy). Bryan was predeceased by his beloved wife Joan in 2016. Bryan and Joan were married in St. Pauls Cathedral in Saskatoon in 1957. In 1961 they moved to Winnipeg and 16 years later, to Calgary. Bryan was also predeceased by his sister Shirley (Gordon) and brothers DeVere and Raye. Bryan will also be missed by the countless friends, colleagues, and customers he worked with for over 60 years in the door and hardware industry. Bryan was a leader in the industry and one of the first in Canada to receive the designation of AHC. Our father had a wonderful life and will be remembered by all who were lucky enough to have him touch their lives as a most kind, dedicated, funny, giving man that would help anyone anytime. If friends so desire, please visit your local race track and place a two dollar bet in Bryans name.
