Cecilia Maddison

Cecilia Maddison passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the age of 98 years. Cecilia was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. On the day of her passing she prayed that she would be taken to her heavenly home. Cecilia will be lovingly remembered by her son Gordon H. (Ellen) Maddison; her grandson Douglas (Renee) Maddison; and her sister Alvina Pavlus of Blairmore, AB. She was predeceased by her husband Gordon J. Maddison. Cecilia will be remembered as a loving, caring, and giving person. She enjoyed 44 years with her husband Gordon. Together they fished the many rivers and lakes in the Crowsnest Area. She was known for her gift of hospitality. You were always welcomed and well fed during your visit. A Committal Service for Cecilia is being planned for the fall of 2016 in Blairmore, AB.
