OEY, CHARLES TJAY HOAT November 13, 1920 September 18, 2012 Charles Tjay Hoat Oey, 91, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at Rockyview General Hospital. In loving memory and survived by his five children, Rudy, Viktor, Yvonne, Rob, and Isabelle; his sons-in-law, Stephen and Sean; his grand-children, Tia, Melissa, Zach, Josh, John and Hannah; and family friend Sherri. He’ll always be remembered for his love for ice caps, penguins, wrestling, his autobiography, his art and his drawings, wiener schnitzel, and his love for his late wife Hedy.
