Christopher Lyndon Leibel

With heavy hearts we honour Chris, whos time was unexpectedly cut short at age 42. He worked at McDonalds Restaurants his entire life, starting at age 16. He worked there for 26 years, eventually managing several restaurants. Chris always thought of others and had a love of life and all it had to offer. He treasured his many friends and memories. An avid sports fan, he had an incredible recollection of almost every athlete that ever lived. He will be greatly missed by those he loved and cherished and will be forever in our hearts.

Chris was predeceased by his mother, Lorraine Leibel (nee Rowe, Kamloops); grandparents Mike Leibel Sr. & Marcelle (Caes, Kamloops) & Delose Rowe & Rita (Stickley, Calgary). Chris is survived by his brother Colin and father, Mike who miss him dearly as do his many friends and cousins.

A Memorial Service for Chris will be held at Unitarian Church, (1703 1 St NW, Calgary) on Saturday November 10th at 10:30am.
