Christopher Mackenzie Lomenda

Christopher Lomenda passed away at his home on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at the age of 46 years.
Chris is predeceased by his grandparents, Ron & Daphne, and Sylvia & Val. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Rhonda & Dale; sister, Stacey (Robert); half-siblings, Justin and Jessie; niece, Brianna, nephew, Sebastian; former wife Mai; and his furry best friend, Lily.
Chris was born and raised in Calgary. In his younger days, he enjoyed building model cars and working on car stereos. He once saw his mom doing needle felting and wanted to learn how to do it. It turns out he was very talented and created some beautiful projects.
If friends so desire, donations may be made in Chris’s name to the
Fresh Start Recovery Centre
and/or the
Sunrise Healing Lodge Society
, or a charity of your choice.
A Memorial Service will be held for Christopher at Pierson’s Funeral Service (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Thursday April 27 at 11:00am
