Christopher Timothy Minton

Chris “Flint” Minton passed away on Monday April 30, 2018 at the age of 51 years. Born to Timothy and Judith in Trail, BC, he later moved to Calgary in 1998. Chris leaves behind his wife Kim; sons Jake, Richard, and Brandon; daughter, Kaylin; grandsons, Draedyn and Noah; granddaughter Isabella, and two grandchildren on the way; his brother Murray (Dawn), niece Hayley and nephew Reece. Chris loved sports, particularly baseball and hockey. He’s been known to play a game or two in his younger years. Always sociable and charismatic, Chris will be missed by many friends and family both in Calgary and Trail. In his spare time, he loved to spend time with his grandkids. A Funeral Service will be held for Chris at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 2:00 pm.
