Clayton Withroe Finstad
April 2, 1960 — April 2, 2022
We regretfully say goodbye to our dad, grandpa, brother, son, uncle and friend who left us suddenly on his 62nd birthday, April 2.
He will be terribly missed by his children, Samantha (Jai), Jenifer, and Ryan (Delina). He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Raennah, Madison, Trent, Austin, Cole, Liam, Danika and Codi; mother, Pat; siblings, Donna (Bruce), Shannon (Gerry), Leon (Sheryl), James and Kim (Dale) along with numerous nephews and nieces. Clayton is predeceased by his father, Bud Finstad, brothers, Craig, Rod and Rick; as well as lifelong friend, Terry McClean.
Clay enjoyed spending time with family, playing tennis, and often traveled to Vancouver Island to visit. He enjoyed construction and worked with his son general contracting.
A Memorial Service will be held for Clayton at Pierson’s Funeral Service (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 2:00pm.
