It is with great sadness that the family of Conan announces his passing at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre at the age of 34 years. He leaves behind his wife of seven years Aimee Bulani as well as their two children Vincent and Sienna. A service will be held for Conan in Ontario at a later date.
