Donald James Grainger

Donald “Don” James Grainger passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at the age of 67 years. Don was born in Calgary, Alberta and lived here his entire life. He worked for Calgary Transit as an Autobody Mechanic for over 35 years. He had a love for anything to do with classic cars. His pride and joy was his 75 Buick convertible that he loved cruising around the city with during the summer and loved going to show and shines. Don was an avid Nascar fan. He also loved to watch hockey and football.

Don is survived by his stepdaughter, Trish Boutilier; stepson, Terry (Brittany) Tripp; sons, Kristopher Grainger and David Green; grandchildren, Ryker, Zane and Elliot. Don was predeceased by his wife of 23 years, Ripple Grainger (August 2023).
