Edith Elvina Galenza

Edith Galenza passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at the age of 91 years. Edith was a War Bride who immigrated to Canada in 1946 to be reunited with her husband, Edward. Edward and Edith met in London, England where Eddie was stationed during WWII. Edith will be lovingly remembered by her children Janet, Bruce, and Ralph (Donna); her grandchildren Paul (Kristina), Jon (Roberta), Anna (Cory), Jennifer (Clint), and Stacy (Jerritt); her great-grandchildren Justine, Emerson, Jovie, Owen, Liam, Brooke, and Carter. Edith was predeceased by her husband Edward in 1999. Edith was an avid golfer and loved to travel the world, with Las Vegas always being a highlight. A Graveside Service is being planned by the family in Rimbey, AB at a later date.
