It is with great sadness that the family of Ellen Meier announce her passing on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at the age of 73 years. Ellen was all that most of us aspire to be in life, kind, caring, and compassionate. She had the ability to speak volumes by saying just one single word…’whatever’. Ellen could always be found in her garden or wrapped up in another of her Louis L’Amour novels, taking her on another adventure in the wild frontier. The impression she has left on this earth will never be filled, she will be missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. A Celebration of Ellen’s Life will be held at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 – 17 Avenue S.E., Calgary) on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 1:00 pm.
