Fredrick John Gibson

John Gibson passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at the age of 76 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Boyd (Deb) Gibson, Debbie (Rod) Moody, Kathy (Craig) Buckman and James (Deana) Gibson; 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sisters Germaine Sali and Brenda Draper; aunt Olive Robertson; and many more family and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Joyce and grandson Chris. John was born in Brooks, AB and lived most of his life in Calgary, AB. He was a handy man and a jack of all trades and he loved fishing. John’s family would like to express their gratitude to all of the staff that helped them at the Peter Lougheed Center for their kind and compassionate care. John’s family is planning to hold a Celebration of his life at a later date, please contact them for details.
