George James Janzen

With heavy hearts the family announce the passing of George J Janzen on March 24 2017. George married the love of his life and best friend Joanna Jan 30th 1999. George was her rock. Together they had two beautiful daughters Victoria and Brittany. Victoria and Brittany where the sparkle in his eye and his life. A dad that showered them with love and guided through life and he was there rock that held the family together. George was the most loving caring father and husband you could ever have. George was a very hard worker, loyal friend, dedicated father and a loyal loving husband. George loved going fishing to Besnard Lake with the boys in the summer , Watching and taking in the Rough Rider games with his buddies and nephews, Watching hockey in the winter and his Number 1 team is Montreal Canadiens. Dallas cowboys football wasn’t far behind. George was one of a kind person that will be deeply missed by all who knew him and loved him.

George is survived by his wife Joanna daughters Victoria&Brittany, two sisters, eight brothers, nieces, nephews and extended family. George is predeceased in death by his parents Peter and Helen Janzen brother Ben.

Graveside Inurnment service will be held at the Reinfeld Bergthaler Cemetery in Saskatchewan on June 3, 2017 at 1pm
