Gordon Grant

Gordon passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018 at the age of 62 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 28 years Geri Lennert; children Tory Lennert, Kristyn Grant, Robyne Tejani, Sara Grant and Aaron Mangoff; several Grandchildren; siblings Sadie Dancey, Robert Grant and Heather Evans; numerous nieces , nephews, aunts and uncles, including uncle and life coach Hugh Jolly; and many more family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Robert Lawson and Sara Grant,sisters Anne, Sheila, Barbara and Lorna. Gordon was born and raised in Bellshill Scotland. In 1959 the family came to Canada making Calgary their home. Gordon was the life of the party, he enjoyed cooking and gardening and loved the ocean. This love drove him to make Nanaimo his home in 1990. This is where he spent the 28 years together with the love of his life Geri. A Funeral Service will be held for Gordon at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 2:00 pm, with visitation starting at 1:00 pm.
