Helen K Greep

Helen Kirkham Greep passed away peacefully on August 24, 2016 with her children and family by her side. She is survived by her three loving children Tori (Jeff) Blomquist of Aloha, OR, Taran (Laura) Greep of Peoria, AZ, Tasha Greep of Arlington Virginia and predeceased by one son Tyler Greep. Helen is also survived by three grandchildren Todd, Taylor and Jordan Blomquist and a great-grandchild Damon Blomquist. Helen is predeceased by her parents Joseph and LaRosa Kirkham and siblings Gary Kirkham, Sandra Kirkham Piepgrass and Roger Kirkham. She is survived by one sister Sally (Rene) Monette of Calgary.

Helen was born in Lethbridge, Alberta on December 28th 1941. She grew up in Raymond, Alberta where she received her early education and graduated from Raymond High School. She later earned a degree in medical technology from Lethbridge Municipal Hospital and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Calgary. She enjoyed many years of teaching and loved her students. Helen had a positive attitude and passion for life. She loved spending time with family, friends and travelling with her children.

A Funeral Service will be held for Helen at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – Sundance Chapel (100 Sunpark Drive SE, Calgary) on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Raymond Cemetery.
