Inge Luise Fawcett

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Inge Luise Fawcett on Monday, October 30, 2023, in Calgary, Alberta, at the age of 77. She was our beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. Inge was a devoted mother to her children, Liana (Nevin) and Koralee (John); stepchildren, Richard, John, and Christina; a loving and proud grandmother to her grandchildren, Jessica, Becky, Selena, Anthony, Matteo, Zoe, Nate, Kaitlyn, and Megan; and great-grandchild, Liliwen; and a loyal friend to many. She will also be greatly missed by her nieces and nephews and numerous extended family members. Inge is predeceased by her loving husband, Keith; granddaughter, Julianne; parents, Erich and Anna; and brothers, Fritz, Egon, and Norbert.

Inge cherished the time spent with her friends and family, which is where she felt most comfortable and loved. She will forever be remembered for her warm smile, kind heart, and gentle soul. We will miss her terribly and think of her always.

To honour Inge’s memory, we are holding a Celebration of Life at The Livingston Hub (1248 Livingston Way NE, Calgary) on Friday, November 24, 2023, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.
