After a valiant struggle with cancer, Jack passed away peacefully with family at his side on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at the age of 73 years. He leaves to mourn his passing, his children, Jack, Kathy (Trevor) and Ted (Laura); grandchildren Heather, Crystal, Dylan, Chantelle, Jack, Nickolas, Deanna, Siyonna and Theodore; great grandchildren Jordyn, Gabriel and Calix; as well as his brothers and sister; numerous nieces and nephews; and many more family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Nora and John, sister Francis, brother Henry and great nephew Cody John. The family will be holding a Private Service at a later date.
