John Stewart Connell

John Connell passed away peacefully at Skypointe Hospice on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at the age of 76 years. 

John is survived by his adoptive family from whom he acquired several children; grand-children; and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a cousin, Faith. John is predeceased by his parents, Owen & Mildred (nee Lowery); cousin, Candace; and aunt, Betty.

John was born in Montreal while his family was on vacation. At the time, the Connells were living in Ontario. After moving to Calgary, he worked as a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed camping, often at his favourite spot in Delburn. John really appreciated time spent with close friends, having many drinks and relaxing.
