Malcolm Halyk passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at the age of 64 years. Malcolm was born in Melville Sk on July 14, 1957. He was the third born child of John and Angeline Halyk. Growing up in Birmingham SK, a small farming community. He was filled with joy and a natural curiosity in all things mechanical, a trait that he would hold all his life. Malcolm was fearless and loved adventure. At age nine he tried to rappel out the second story of the family home, consequently breaking his leg. Malcolm enjoyed camping, dirt biking, motorcycles and was an avid Nascar fan. He was also a member of the Moose Lodge for many years.
Malcolm had a contagious laugh and you always knew when he was around. For the past several years Malcolm worked with RSFS, Where he was an integral part of the RSFS family. He was loved by employees old and new. Malcolm was gruff and sometimes stubborn but always fiercely loyal to those he loved. Malcolm was a father to daughter Megan, Grandfather to Adley and Nash.
Malcolm is predeceased by his parents; and many who he also loved. He will be missed by his five siblings; Larry, Coleen, Colette, Richard and Jason.
He will be dearly missed.
