Michael Kean passed away at his home on Friday, August 4, 2023 at the age of 72 years.
Mike was born in Toronto and in 1986 moved to Calgary, Alberta. He loved sci-fi and researching his Scottish Highland heritage. He collected classic art and books that he found interesting. His tastes were eclectic and he had a passion for design and creating beautiful living spaces.
Mike is survived by his son, Joel Kean of Surrey; sister, Sharon (Steve) Simon of Calgary; nephews, Todd Simon (Joanna) of Kimberley, Dylan Simon of Calgary and niece, Tiffany ; great-niece, Luella; great-nephews Kash and Daxxin. He was predeceased by his father, Robert (1984); and his mother, Gloria nee McIver (2002).
He will be missed by his many friends and loved by his family forever.
