Michele Marie Marr-Lowdermilk

Michele Marr-Lowdermilk passed away at the Foothills Hospital on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at the age of 43 years.

She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Nigel Lowdermilk; 6 children, Linda Marr-Lowdermilk, Alexis Marr-Lowdermilk, Lee Marr-Lowdermilk, Samantha Marr-Lowdermilk, Hayley Marr-Lowdermilk and Michael Marr-Lowdermilk all of Calgary; 2 grandchildren, “Baby Nigel” Lee Marr-Lowdermilk and Amaya Blair Marr-Franklin; mother, Linda Morash; siblings, Janine Marr and Karie Maloney of Calgary, Vernon Maloney, Sharon Maloney and Blair Marr of Nova Scotia and Mary Marr of Ontario; her mother-in-law, Debbie Kendrew/Lowdermilk of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan; son-in-laws, Logan and Kyle; adopted son, James and additional family members, Darlene Macnutt and Tamera and Kim Lowdermilk.

Michele was predeceased by her father, Blair Morash and family members, Randy Fisher, Isaac Marr, Brian and Doris Paul. We apologize if we missed anyone and your name wasn’t mentioned, Michele had a lot of friends and people she considered family and if we could list everyone, we would. She loved every one of you no matter what.

Michele was our rock and our leader and what she said went. Michele had a very big heart. She always took to anybody that needed anything and would give the shirt off her back. She was a mother to 6 crazy unique children of her own, which created the strong mother she always tried to be. She was also a proud grandmother of 2, a baby sister in the family and a loving wife. Anybody that knew “Miss”, knew there was no b.s because she always spoke her mind. Michele was and will always be my best friend and will be missed deeply. Please don’t grieve too hard, she would want you to celebrate her life and be loud and proud. She would want you to remember all the laughs we shared, together and individually.

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at Pierson’s Funeral Service (4121-17th Ave SE, Calgary) on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 10:00am with tributes starting at 11:00am-12:00pm.
