Minda Lechuga Saban
July 14, 1942 — November 30, 2019
Minda Saban (nee Lechuga) passed away November 30, 2019 at Chinook Intercare at the age of 77.
The whole family with her two sons Froilan (Lenie) and Lemuel (Sheila) children Christian, Kenneth,
Noel, Matthew, Shelby and Kerby. Ate Minda will be especially missed by her brother Renato, sister Marietta
(Romeo) her niece Maria Vidah (Glenn) and their children Alyssa, Nicolas and Lauren. Her nephews Alvin
(daughter Jennifer) Romee (Debi’s) kids Wren and Bronwyn. She will also be missed by her brother
Juanito(Mate) and their chidren Tristan, Bryan,Patty and Angelica, her niece Khristina,
nephews Kirk (Millicen), Lloyd (Che) their Mom Flor and all their children.
“NANAY MINDA” as the Nursing, Food Services and all other staff, with her good listener resident Dr. de Fina call
her at Richards Way, Chinook Intercare will be always in their hearts. Minda with all her family will be grateful
and thankful for their kind hearts, patience and lots of “TLC’ at the time of her almost two years and three months stay in their
facility. “ATE MINDA’ is in a place now in peace with our LORD. She is now reunited with my beloved grandson
Ryan (Marietta) our brother Pepe, beloved parents Federico and Rosario Saban. To all those friends,
other relatives, all of our families here and anywhere else let us all join to celebrate her life with all our prayers.
A prayer service will be held for Minda on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Pierson’s Funeral Service (4121 17 Ave SE, Calgary).
Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Heart (1307 – 14 Street NW, Calgary) on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 10:00 am.
