Rachel Maraline Gibson

Tragically in the early morning hours on Monday, August 5, 2019 Rachel Gibson passed away at the age of 40. Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Rachel will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Brenton and Andrina Gibson. She was the caring nurturing mother of Sharaza Gibson, Zion Gibson, Savion Gibson, and Irie Gibson. Rachel devoted her entire life to taking care of others. She found not only great pride but enjoyment as well in making sure the people around her were loved, supported and protected. These caring characteristics were continuously shown by Rachel in her everyday life. She would go above and beyond in her workplace at CUPS where she worked in the kitchen for 10 years. She had a positive influence on nearly everyone that she encountered and always had a way of truly connecting with others. Rachel will forever be remembered by many family and friends for all the amazing traits and qualities that she demonstrated to others throughout her life.
