It’s never easy to write the story of a loved one, friends life so I’ll just tell you about Randy and his interests.
If you were lucky enough to call Randy your friend you had no better than him . There was no better wing man than him on a night at the club . You were always guaranteed to have fun and lots of laughs.
If you needed help last minute you could trust he’d be there for you. He’d help anyone who was down and out whether it was a meal or a place to stay.
He was passionate about everything he did. His creativity never shined more than when transformed from a cowboy to a female impersonator. His alter ego, Brandy Bishop Towers could not only lip sing a country tune but sing it herself. She served as Empress 27 of The Imperial Sovereign Court of the Chinook Arch in Calgary. Brandy was very involved in raising money for charities the court sanctioned and was always willing to work the shooter bar or selling 50/50 tickets.
The passion that had encompassed his whole life was training and showing Arabians and then later Quarter Horses.
The last few years were tough for Randy but in true Randy fashion he “cowboyed up “ and did what needed to be done. His sheer stubbornness and resolve will not be forgotten. Till we meet again Randy.
Donations in Randy’s memory may be made to the
Sharp Foundation
