Rashellee Moyagaye Meek

Rashellee Meek passed away on Friday, June 21, 2019 at the age of 32 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her parents Arthur & Ileen Meek; mother Dianne Bonitto; siblings Jovaughan, Jeron, Jerome, Jahnique, Javor and Javenna; grandmothers Juliette Williams and Gloria Crawford; grandfather Algermon Bonitto; special friend Dwight Marshall; and many more family and friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents Arthur & Zeita Meek. Rashellee was born in Kingston, Jamaica. At 8 years old she came to Calgary, which has been her home ever since. She graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. She enjoyed hiking traveling and singing, but her greatest passion was in serving others. Rashellee was an exemplary Christian, she served God and the community every chance she could. A Visitation will be held for Rashellee at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel, (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Thursday, July 11, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held for Rashellee at Garden Road Seventh Day Adventist Church (155-100 Street N.E., Calgary) on Friday, July 12, 2019 at 1:00 pm, Interment will follow at Rocky View Garden of Peace Cemetery.
