On Thursday, March 6, 2025 Mr. Robert (Bob) Paul Haycock, beloved husband of Trudy Haycock of Calgary, Alberta passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family in his 82nd year. Bob was a devoted husband and father, who touched the hearts of many.

Born and raised in Calgary, Bob developed a love of the outdoors including camping, fishing, and hunting. His enthusiasm for the outdoors and outgoing personality lead him into his fourty plus years of service where he served as Regional Commissioner and President of Scouts Canada.

It was in Calgary where Bob met his loving wife Trudy. Her selfless devotion to Bob's care in his last years was an inspiring example and a testament to the love they had for each other. Soon after marrying, they moved to Provo, Utah where Bob attended BYU, and they started their family there. Bob completed his studies in Davenport, Iowa at Palmer College of Chiropractic. Bob, or "Doc" as he was soon to be known, became an accomplished and sought after chiropractor in Calgary. He loved helping family, friends, and strangers, offering his healing adjustments wherever he was.

Bob showed his love for his seven children, 23 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren in all the advice and books he shared, camping trips, fishing, hiking, and sports he supported throughout the years. Bob leaves behind a legacy of faithfulness, generosity, and unwavering kindness that his posterity will be forever blessed.

Besides his loving wife Trudy, Bob is survived by his children, Rob Haycock Jr of Calgary, Ken Haycock and Eva Dao of Cleveland, Ohio, Jason and Traci Haycock of Lyman, WY, John and Ashleigh Haycock of Peach Tree City, GA, Kristin and Darcy Brown of Spokane, WA, Teryn and Ian Jensen of Calgary, AB, Mindy and Joel Gross of Crossfield, AB; Twenty three grandchildren: Delano, Damon, Jessie, Roxxy, Caige, Brayden, Raegin and Zach Trost, Hadley and Josh Pinder, Cooper and Ally Haycock, Ryleigh and Carlito Wilmoth, MaKenna, Cassidy and Morgan Squires, Stephen, Jackson, Preston, Daylon, Kali, Kendra, Caden, Brylee, Dawson, Braxon, Jagger; Thirteen great-grandchildren: Kaliyah, Ava, Savanna, Hank, Charlie, Maggie, Dottie, Joey, Gretta, Louie, Atlas, Kai, Piper; Sister Arlene Haycock; and numerous other relatives and friends. Bob was predeceased by his parents Barbara Guinevere and Paul Weaver Haycock.

A Funeral Service will be held for Robert at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - Seton Chapel, 530 Seton Passage SE, Calgary, Alberta. Interment took place earlier at Queen's Park Cemetery.
