Ronald Wesley Kaul

It is with great sorrow that the family of Ronald Wesley Kaul announce his passing on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at the Chinook Care Centre, Calgary, Alberta at the age of 86. Ron was born on February 10, 1937 in Eston, Saskatchewan. Ron served in the RCAF for a number of years as a radio operator. During that time he met and married his wife Yvonne.
He is survived by his five children Cathy (Brett), Doug (Kimberely), Rick (Reema), Kevin and Val; 15 Grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Yvonne in 1999; brothers Keith and Alan; as well as his sister Jean. Ron is also survived by his second wife Raisa Oganesov. Those who knew Ron knew him as a quiet man who liked to listen more than talk and who put his whole heart into any project or service he was asked to do. He loved his family and country. He will be greatly missed.
A Funeral Service will be held for Ronald at Pierson’s Funeral Service (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 7:00 pm. The service will be broadcast live at

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 6 at 1:00 pm at the Mountain View Cemetery, Mountain View Alberta.
