Theodora Stevenson (Nee Redd)

On Sunday, November 19, 2023, Theodora Redd Stevenson passed peacefully in her 103rd year. She was predeceased by her loving parents and her five siblings: Maurine Redd Wood (David), Hazel Redd Gibb (Boyd), Alma Redd Mendenhall (Ross), Norma Redd Fairbanks (Harold /Nebs) and John Paul Redd (Sherrell Drake).
Theodora was born in Lethbridge, Alberta on December 17, 1920, the second oldest child of Paul Hardison Redd and Grace Brandley Redd. In February of 1947, Theodora and George Theodore (Ted) Stevenson married and raised five beautiful children: Beverly Anne, Neil Hardison, David Theodore, Melvin Redd and Shirley. In March of 1985, George Theodore (Ted) Stevenson passed on; however, having been married for time and all eternity in the Cardston, Alberta, Temple, they are now reunited forever.
Theodora will be remembered as a Mother of 5 children, Grandmother of 10 grandchildren and Great-grandmother to 25 great-grandchildren. She was beautiful, kind, generous, talented and a faithful daughter of God. “Until we meet again”
A Funeral Service will be held for Theodora at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – Panorama Chapel (155 Panamount Blvd NW, Calgary) on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 11:00 am.
