Timothy Ronald Brooks

Tim is now resting in the ARMS of our LORD Jesus Christ for he was a very very STRONG Man of God...and taught the Love of Christ wherever he went demonstrating that Love to her since they met in 2020. He spent the last two years with his fiancee, Kathy, and they were to be wed on Valentine's Day 2025 at Emerald Lake, B.C. but the Lord had other plans for Tim! 

Tim was born and raised in Kingston, Ontario. He was married to Joan from 1995 until her passing on November 2, 2019. Tim was a hard worker and spent much of his working life as a general labourer in Construction where he mastered painting. As a cook, he was able to create almost anything. He was a 'Jack-of-all-Trades' and he mastered many skills that were helpful in whatever he was doing. Tim was a kind, caring, thoughtful man who had a BIG HEART! He had a great sense of humour and loved music, especially singing ' E L V I S ' with Karaoke. Tim enjoyed going on drives, taking a whole lot of photos...for he really enjoyed "Photography" and loved her delicious French Toast. He was a loving man and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. 

Tim is survived by his mother Diane Brooks; a sister Angela; two brothers James and Tyler; and by Joan's family: her children Lorie, Kristina, Christopher and Angelina; her grandchildren Mariella, Liam, and Alister; fiancée Kathy Trachuk and her mother Ollie Trachuk; and sister and brother-in-law Kim and Robert Crawford.

Tim was predeceased by his wife Joan, father Laurie Brooks and brother Kevin Brooks.

A Funeral Service will be held for Timothy at Pierson's Funeral Service (4121 - 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Friday, January 10, 2025 at 7:00 pm. Interment will follow on Monday, January 13 at 11:30 am at the Rocky View Garden of Peace Cemetery.
