Trenna Vivian Jensen

It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mom, Trenna Jensen, who left us on Monday, March 17, 2025, at the age of 86 years. She was born on Wednesday, January 25, 1939 in Rouleau, Saskatchewan. Mom was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.

Mom was known for her dedication to family, her greatest joy was spending time with them. Her love, guidance, and sense of humour created a legacy of cherished memories for all of us.

Trenna’s home in Calgary was a central gathering place for her family, a place where love and laughter filled every room. Her grandchildren will forever cherish the memories of sleepovers, playing in her backyard, late nights filled with Nintendo and movies, and the countless family gatherings. Trenna's home was not just a place to visit, but a sanctuary of joy and togetherness that will remain in our hearts always.

Trenna was predeceased by her husband Cliff Jensen, daughter Kelly, mother Hazel (Orville), father Roger, brother Maurice, and sister Alice. She is survived by her loving children Dean (Maria), Robert, Lee (Tuesday), JoAnn (Brad); grandchildren Shannon, Jessica (Andrew), Celine (David) James, Allison (Jay), Dean Jr. (Isabel), Carmen (Christian), Oscar (Candida), Daniel (Nayeli); great-grandchildren Rowan, Bryn, Miles, Sophia, Victor, Leo, Azul, Emy, Eli, Daniela; brother David (Brenda); sisters Elizabeth, Leona; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Trenna's loss leaves a void in our hearts, but we take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace.

No formal service will take place. Cremation has taken place at the Foothills Crematorium. Trenna's urn will be laid to rest in the family plot at the Rocky View Garden of Peace Cemetery.
