Virginia “Ginny” Pettigrew

Virginia (Ginny) Pettigrew passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on September 9, 2019 at the age of 67. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Natasha Sawyer (Todd), Kristen Bezan (Jason), Chelsey Hookenson (Nick) and Tim Pettigrew (Celeste Daly); grandchildren Alex, Ryanne, Aidan, Ethan, Vance, Evianna, Isabell, Jackson, Henry and Beau; siblings, family and friends. She was pre deceased by her husband, Allen Pettigrew and parents, Roy and Margarite Winters. Born in Parrsborro, N.S. with a passion to shop, love for music and pets. She worked wholeheartedly as a kind and compassionate care provider for 25 years. She was adored by many clients and their families. Her laugh, loving heart and smile will be deeply missed by many. A Celebration of Life will be held at Christian Life Assembly (3214-28 ST SW, Calgary) on Friday October 11th at 4pm. Friends are invited to a reception before the service beginning at 3:00pm
