Wayne Gibson passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at the age of 78 years. He will be forever remembered by many friends and family.
Wayne was born in Quebec, and after many years as a commercial pilot, he settled in Calgary. He loved to fly and traveled extensively. He had especially fond memories of his trips to Africa, Europe and the Canadian Arctic. Wayne’s biggest love in life were his dogs.
At Wayne’s request, no formal service will be held. Donations in his memory can be made to the Calgary Humane Society (
