Zackary Taylor Wolfchild

Our baby went to be with the Lord on June 8, 2019 at the age of 24 years old. He leaves to mourn his parents; Jeff McDonald and Monica Wolfchild, his brothers; Robbi Wolfchild and Justin Backfat, and his grandfather; Robert Wolfchild, aunts; Tama Blackrider, Karen Wolfchild, Roberta Wolfchild, uncles: Morrie (Anita) Kmeck and Marty (Ray) Kmeck. Zackary took up martial arts at an earlier age, he enjoyed camping and fishing with his Mom, Dad, brothers, family and friends. He also loved entertaining his nieces and nephews. Zackary enjoyed listening to rap and often was found rapping with the best, his cousins. Zackery was gentle, kind, and generous, he would give the jacket off his back to someone in need which he literally did. His generous nature had him coming home without his jacket one winter night, he had given it to an elderly person that he had met waiting for a bus. Zack wanted to be a minister, believing in God with all his heart often praying for family and friends, but this world got a hold of him and sent him in the wrong direction. Zack was a bit shy at first but once he was comfortable he could carry on a conversation with anyone. Zack was very a respectable and giving person, often thought of others before himself, and he will be deeply missed by everyone he met. Zack also leaves behind his nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family; Wolfchilds, Backfats, Blackriders, Ayoungmans, Leathers, Running Rabbits, Big Snakes, Wolfears, First Riders, Yellowflys, Two Horns, Turning Robes, McMasters, White Eagles, Low Horns, Maguire, Old Womans, Axe, Stevens, Kmecks, and McDonalds. The family wishes to apologize for anyone missed. Zack was predeceased by his Grandmothers Nancy Kmeck, Hazel (Blackrider) Wolf Child, and brother Wacey Red Gun. Funeral Services will be celebrated at Piersons Forest Lawn Chapel 412117 Avenue S.E Calgary, Alberta on June 18, 2019 @12:00 pm. Graveside Service to follow at Rocky View Garden of Peace 243208 Gardens Rd, Rocky View County AB. Following the Graveside Service the relatives and friends are invited to meet with family for a feast after the Funeral, location to be announced at the service.
